Process
Over a 4 to 6-week programme, we will refine your challenge statements, develop solutions and test commercial & technical feasibility, as well as building a business case for the deployment of your chosen solution.
Throughout this phase, you get to work with other members, and everything is facilitated by our experienced digital innovation teams, technology and data specialists, and industry experts, who use proven collaborative innovation techniques as well as data analytics and artificial intelligence. Our team also provides governance for your group.

In this phase, our dedicated team will help with system design, product development and data infrastructure.
You’ll have the opportunity to validate solutions in the real world, while scoping the right solution interface, based on system design principles and best practice data collaboration.

Over the course of several months, our dedicated domain and technical expert teams will work on developing a bespoke solution interface and product adoption strategy for you and your business, with a laser focus on user training, adoption scaling, systems integration, and product iteration.
